Dr. Elkoulily received his medical degree from Ain Shams University Medical School in 1985. He completed his residency at Suez General Hospital, Egypt in Anesthesia and at Kingsbrook Jewish Hospital, Brooklyn and served as the Chief Resident. Dr. Elkoulily also interned as a Research Assistant at the esteemed Yale University, Department of Cardiology in 1993. He is also board certified and currently has privileges at Mercy Medical Center, South Nassau Hospital,
NSLIJ Franklin Hospital & NSLIJ Southside Hospital.

Dr. Nori is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Acupuncture. He has been practicing medicine since 1977, domestically and aboard. Dr. Nori has studied medicine at the Andhra Medical College in Visakhapatnam, India and in 1967, he received a prestigious award in Psychology and Microbiology.
Dr. Nori holds hospital privelages at Mercy Medical Center and in Franklin General Hospital. He carries a wealth of knowledge in both traditional and alternative medical treatments. Dr. Nori has been a dedicated member of Express Medical Care Group since 2011.
Dr. Nori is fluent in English and Hindi.
As a dedicated Physician with a strong commitment to patient welfare, Dr. Arif is loved by all her patients. She received her MBBS at Government Medical College, located in Nagpur, India in 1996. Her Transitional Internship took place at Peninsula Hospital, followed by a Residency in Internal Medicine at Forest Hills Hospital/North Shore LIJ. In 2012, Dr. Arif completed a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at North Shore LIJ Hospital.
When Dr. Arif isn’t working, she enjoys lending her time to those in need through volunteer work at various clinics to help those in need. She has also received an enormous amount of recognition through many Medical School Honors and Awards such as an award for Outstanding Achievement and Academic Excellence by GMC, she was a recipient of the National Merit Scholarship Award, a two-time Best Resident Award, and many more.
Dr. Arif is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu and Marathi.
